Are meals included?
Attendees are responsible for their own breakfast each day.
We will provide:
- Morning refreshments during break times
- Lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday (Oct 6 & 7)
- After Parties following evening sessions
Is translation provided?
Spanish and Portuguese translations available. Request translation when completing your registration form.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
- 45+ days before the conference – 100% refund
- 31–44 days before the conference – 50% refund
- 30 days or less before the conference – No refunds — registrations are transferable.
