A safe, fun, and faith-filled program where kids enjoy worship, lessons, and activities while parents engage in the conference.

Kids Policy
The auditorium is reserved for adult conference participants only. During service times, all children must be checked into Kids Encounter. Families who choose not to use Kids Encounter will not be able to bring children to the conference.

FAQs

Are meals included?
Attendees are responsible for their own breakfast each day.
We will provide:

  • Morning refreshments during break times
  • Lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday (Oct 7 & 8)
  • Food & Fellowship (After Party) following each evening session (Oct 6, 7 & 8)


Is translation provided?
Spanish and Portuguese translation available. Request translation when completing your registration form.


What is the cancellation and refund policy?

  • 45+ days before the conference – 100% refund
  • 31–44 days before the conference – 50% refund
  • 30 days or less before the conference – No refunds — registrations are transferable.
